A Message from Our Founder
Welcome to SAL KWTAL CHARITABLE TRUST. Though newly established, its spirit has grown over many years. After a decade working with NGOs across Tripura, I witnessed the challenges faced by our youth, students, and underprivileged Tiprasa people. These experiences shaped my belief in education and empowerment.
This Trust was created to unite these values under one platform. Our mission is to support the underprivileged, uplift the Tiprasa community, and create opportunities for all to learn, grow, and succeed. With the support of well‑wishers, we aim to build a future where no one is left behind.
We invite like‑minded people to join our journey of service.

SAL KWTAL CHARITABLE TRUST is a non-profit, non-political, and non-religious organization dedicated to uplifting the underprivileged Tiprasa people of Tripura. SAL KWTAL, meaning “Rising Sun,” represents our belief that every individual deserves a new beginning filled with hope, dignity, and opportunity.
Though newly established, the Trust is built on a strong foundation of experience and compassion. It is guided by a committed social activist with over ten years of hands-on work alongside NGOs and grassroots communities, deeply understanding the struggles and aspirations of marginalized families.
We work in the areas of education, health, and community empowerment, focusing on sustainable solutions that create lasting change. From nurturing young minds to empowering women and youth, our mission is to help communities stand strong on their own.

At SAL KWTAL CHARITABLE TRUST, we are dedicated to education, health, empowerment, and the upliftment of underserved communities. Our work is driven by compassion, integrity, and the belief that real progress begins when opportunities reach those who need them most. We support poor, tribal, rural, and underprivileged students through coaching, scholarships, and skill‑development programs. We promote community health through medical camps, blood donation drives, and awareness initiatives. We stand with orphans, widows, the elderly, differently‑abled individuals, and families in crisis, and provide relief during disasters. We strengthen rural livelihoods by encouraging agriculture, crafts, bamboo work, SHGs, and sustainable income activities. We nurture art, culture, sports, leadership, and environmental awareness, while partnering with like‑minded groups to create lasting impact.
