Membership Rules & Regulations
Purpose of Membership : Membership in the SAL KWTAL Charitable Trust allows individuals to support charitable, cultural, educational, and social service activities. Members help strengthen community welfare and positive social development.
Membership Fee Options : The Trust offers four fee options.
All members are treated equally, regardless of fee amount.
Fee Option — Annual Amount
Option 1 — ₹1500
Option 2 — ₹3000
Option 3 — ₹5000
Option 4 — ₹7000
Option 5 — ₹10000
These fees represent voluntary contributions to support the Trust’s activities.
Eligibility : To join as a member, an individual should:
Support the aims and objectives of the Trust.
Submit an application with accurate information.
Be willing to participate positively in Trust activities.
Rights of Members : All members have the following equal rights:
Receive updates and information about Trust activities and programs.
Participate in charitable events, volunteer efforts, and community programs.
Attend Trust meetings to stay informed.
Share suggestions, ideas, and feedback with the Governing Body.
Responsibilities of Members : Members are encouraged to:
Support the Trust’s mission with a positive attitude.
Cooperate during events, meetings, and community programs.
Renew membership on time.
Maintain respectful and supportive behavior toward everyone.
Membership Approval :
Applications will be reviewed by the Governing Body to ensure they align with the Trust’s objectives.
Applicants will be informed of decisions respectfully and transparently.
Membership Renewal :
Membership is renewed every year by paying the chosen fee amount.
If someone needs extra time due to unavoidable circumstances, the Trust will communicate with the member and allow reasonable flexibility.
Review of Membership :
If a situation arises that may affect smooth functioning or harmony, the Governing Body may review a member’s participation.
Before any step is taken, the member will be informed and given an opportunity to clarify or request reconsideration.
Meetings :
Members are welcome to attend meetings to stay updated on the Trust’s work.
Suggestions and feedback from members are appreciated.
All formal decisions are taken by the Trustees/Governing Body for consistency.
Code of Conduct :
Members are encouraged to:
Promote goodwill, cooperation, and respect.
Support charitable goals sincerely.
Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive environment.
Amendments to Rules :
The Governing Body may update or modify these rules whenever needed.
Members will be informed of any changes.
