SAL KWTAL Charitable Trust is a non‑political, non‑profit organisation dedicated to serving poor, tribal, rural, and vulnerable communities through education, healthcare, social welfare, and community development programs.
The Trust was formally registered in December 2025.
The Trust was founded by Mr. Sajal Debbarma, who also serves as the First Chairman of the Trust.
The first Trustees are:

We work in areas such as:
– Education and scholarships
– Healthcare and awareness programs
– Skill development and vocational training

The Registered Office is located in West Tripura, India.
The Trust is governed by a Board of Trustees. Key office bearers oversee administration, finance, and operations.
No. The Trust is strictly non‑profit. All income and donations are used solely for charitable purposes.
Yes. We welcome voluntary contributions, gifts, and grants from individuals and organisations, subject to legal compliance.
Funds are maintained in joint accounts operated by authorised office bearers. Every transaction is recorded, audited, and used only for approved charitable activities.
Yes. The Board may appoint additional Trustees, up to a maximum of 11, as per the Trust Deed.
No. The Trust’s activities are restricted to within India only.
Yes. We may collaborate with NGOs, societies, and institutions with similar objectives.

Yes. Membership is optional and subject to approval by the Governing Body. It is designed for individuals who wish to actively support the Trust’s mission.
Membership is based on annual voluntary contributions, with options ranging from ₹1500 to ₹10000.
– Option 1: ₹1500
– Option 2: ₹3000
– Option 3: ₹5000
– Option 4: ₹7000
– Option 5: ₹10000
Note: All members are treated equally, regardless of fee amount.
Any individual who:
– Supports the aims and objectives of the Trust
– Submits an application with accurate information
– Is willing to participate positively in Trust activities
Members enjoy equal rights, including:
– Receiving updates and information about Trust programs
– Participating in charitable events and volunteer efforts
– Attending Trust meetings to stay informed
– Sharing suggestions and feedback with the Governing Body
Members are encouraged to:
– Support the Trust’s mission with sincerity
– Cooperate during events and community programs
– Renew membership annually
– Maintain respectful and supportive behaviour toward everyone
Applications are reviewed by the Governing Body to ensure alignment with the Trust’s objectives. Applicants are informed of decisions respectfully and transparently.
Membership is renewed every year by paying the chosen fee amount. Members may change their fee option during renewal. Flexibility is allowed in case of unavoidable delays.
Yes. If a situation arises that affects harmony or smooth functioning, the Governing Body may review a member’s participation. Members will always be informed and given an opportunity to clarify before any decision is made.
Yes. Members are expected to:

– Support charitable goals sincerely
– Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive environment
