The SAL KWTAL CHARITABLE TRUST Internship Programme is designed to provide students and young professionals with meaningful practical experience in social work, community development, education, healthcare, and non-profit management. Through this programme, interns gain first-hand exposure to real community challenges while developing professional skills, leadership qualities, and a spirit of social responsibility.

Our internship combines academic learning with field-based experience. Interns actively participate in community outreach programmes, educational initiatives, awareness campaigns, surveys, health camps, workshops, and various developmental activities organized by the Trust. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, they learn project planning, teamwork, communication, documentation, and community engagement.

The programme welcomes students from universities, colleges, and professional institutions who are passionate about serving society and contributing to sustainable community development. Depending on academic requirements and organizational needs, internships may be offered for different durations.

Upon successful completion of the internship and fulfillment of the programme requirements, interns are awarded an Internship Completion Certificate by the SAL KWTAL Charitable Trust in recognition of their dedication, learning, and valuable contribution.
